Auction Date & Time:  The Trustee, through his Auctioneer, has received an offer to purchase the assets for the sum of $11,500.  The Trustee has accepted this offer subject to any higher or better offers with the next acceptable bid to be $12,000. This is an Online-Only Auction.  Registration will commence on Monday, December 22, 2008.  The Auction will commence on Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 1:00 pm est and conclude Tuesday, January 27, 2009 1:00 pm est.  This Auction will feature our automatic extension system that grants a one hour extension to the end of the Auction if a bid is received within the last hour of bidding.  The bidding will conclude when one hour has lapsed without any activity.

Terms & Conditions of Sale:  In order to register to bid, all prospective bidders must remit a certified check in the amount of $3,000.00 made payable to "Harold Corzin, Esq., As Chapter 7 Trustee" with the complete terms and conditions of sale.  The check and executed terms of sale must be sent to David R.
